They said 3D prints break.
Ours don't.
People say 3D-printed parts are fragile or won't last a season. We've ridden ours hard enough to know they hold up.

The material
Every part is printed in proper outdoor-grade filament. Not hobby material — the kind built for real conditions, not just desk prototypes.
UV-stable colors
The orange stays orange. Colors don't chalk, fade, or grey out after a full season in the sun.
Weatherproof
Rain, mud, road grime — this stuff handles it. Built for outdoor use from the start.
Heat-resistant
Stays rigid next to a hot exhaust. Doesn't warp, soften, or lose shape in summer heat.
Impact-resistant
Handles vibration, hard landings, and the odd crash without cracking or shattering.
Chemical-resistant
Fuel splashes, chain lube, cleaning spray — none of it degrades the surface or structure.
The machines
We run 5 printers from Anycubic and Bambulab. Each one is calibrated by hand — first layer, extrusion, dimensions. We don't assume it's fine, we check it.
“Not all 3D prints are equal.
Ours are proven on real bikes.”
Every part has been ridden. Not just printed and boxed.
