Right of withdrawal

Consumers resident in the European Union, in another state of the European Economic Area (EEA, e.g. Norway) or in the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can either use the digital withdrawal function directly in our online shop (button "Cancel contract") or inform us by a clear statement sent by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent the goods back.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal.

The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

You bear the cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to the customer's specifications
• personalised or individually designed products

For orders from customers resident in Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
