Help and frequently asked questions
Order tracking, delivery time, customs, payment and returns: the answers are here. Missing something? Write to us.
Where is my order?
On Track your order, enter your order number and your email address. You'll see the status of your order and when your parcel is expected to arrive, and the tracking number if it was sent with tracking. You don't need an account for this.
Where do you ship to?
To Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the EU countries, Norway and Canada. The checkout shows which countries are available.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time has two parts. Until we ship: if a product shows a delivery time (for example 7–14 days), we ship as soon as the part is ready. Sometimes this can take a little longer. The shipping itself: 1–3 working days within Switzerland, 3–14 working days to the EU, depending on how long customs takes. On Track your order you can see the current status at any time.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Current prices
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein: letter from CHF 2.50, parcel CHF 9.00. Free shipping from CHF 100.
- EU countries and Norway: letter from CHF 4.30, parcel from CHF 14.50.
- Canada: letter from CHF 6.00, parcel from CHF 17.50.
- Abroad we ship with tracking (registered mail) for CHF 5.00 extra. You can turn it off at checkout.
Starting prices for the lightest shipment. The exact amount depends on the weight and size of your order. For duty-paid delivery (e.g. to Germany), the checkout already adds the destination country's import VAT.
Will I have to pay customs?
Not in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. For countries marked as “duty-paid delivery” at checkout (currently Germany up to a goods value of EUR 150), we clear customs through Swiss Post: import VAT is included in the total and you pay nothing more on delivery. In all other countries, the destination country charges import fees such as import VAT and duty on delivery. The checkout tells you about this. Details are in our terms.
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, PayPal or Klarna. Which of these are offered depends on your country and currency. The checkout shows what is available to you. You pay when you place the order.
Can I return a product?
If you live in the EU or EEA (for example Norway), you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, with the “Cancel contract” button at the bottom of the page or by email to info@revsticks.ch. The goods must come back unused and in their original packaging, and you pay for the return shipping. Personalised products and products made to your specifications are excluded. If you live in Switzerland, there is no right of return. If something is defective, the warranty applies (see the next question). Everything else: Right of withdrawal.
My part arrived defective or damaged. What now?
Report obvious defects within 5 days of receipt by email to info@revsticks.ch and send us photos that show the defect. Report hidden defects as soon as you notice them. We first offer a repair or a replacement. If the defect is confirmed, we also refund the return shipping. Details: terms, section 9.
Does the part fit my bike?
Every product page lists the models and years the part fits. In the shop you can also search directly for your bike. Not sure? Send us the make, model and year.
